Dr. Niki Mendrinos has 20 years of experience in higher education, specifically in college admissions, marketing and event planning. Her extensive experience in admissions stems from her past positions as a Senior Associate Director of Admissions and Vice President of Enrollment Management, where she oversaw undergraduate, graduate and professional studies admissions along with the Office of Financial Aid. Most recently, Dr. Mendrinos was appointed the Director of College Counseling at a competitive, college-preparatory high school where she advises and guides high school students and families about the college process. Her passion lies with working with students and their families during the college process to ensure students find the right college for them academically, socially, emotionally and financially!

Dr. Mendrinos holds a doctorate in higher education administration; educational leadership from Temple University. Her research on predicting college success beyond the SAT/ACT test scores has contributed to major colleges and universities moving test-optional. She has presented her research at various conferences both locally and nationally and has been a panelist speaker for many high school events.

As an Adjunct Professor, Dr. Mendrinos has taught graduate level courses on Strategic Enrollment Management and was co-leader in creating the College Access and Success Certificate at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA; one of the first to be fully offered online in Pennsylvania. In addition, she taught the first-year seminar for incoming freshmen at Temple University for 5+ years.

Dr. Mendrinos has served as the Vice President for The College of Education Alumni Executive Board at Temple University, Corporate Board President for HOBY-PA EAST, executive board member for Hellenic Hearts, an organization supporting Greek-Americans in need, and created the Dr. Niki Mendrinos Scholarship, which is awarded to a graduating high school senior from Kingston High School, located in upstate NY (her alma mater) planning to attend a 2 or 4 year college.

Dr. Mendrinos has helped thousands of high school and college students achieve their goals and aspirations, despite challenges and roadblocks many have faced. She is a true believer that there is a college out there for everyone. Her dedication, passion, and expertise continues to help educate and support students and families throughout the college process.
